För mig är matlagning roligt och avkopplande, gärna med en god öl eller ett gott rödvin när det är helg.

Gillar att laga det mesta från finmat till rejäl husmanskost, men måste erkänna att fisk är min svaga sida. Fiskgryta, fiskgratäng, kokt/panerad/friterad fisk, torskrygg med tbh. grejar jag men

Recept är något jag inte använder i min matlagning utan är mer som inspiration för att göra min variant efter mina egna erfarenheter och smaker som jag gillar!

Men recept är kalas om du som vill börja laga mat och inte har ”baskunskaper” för att komma i gång. När du sen vill börja ”freewheela” lite det är då man lär sig vad som fattas eller behöver tillsättas för att sätta pricken över i smakmässigt.

Långkok i gjutjärnsgrytan eller i en Croc-Pot är underbar mat!

Dagens kvällsmat blev en pasta med fläskfilé, Italiensk salami, schalottenlök, vitlök, parmesan, röd pesto, chili mm.
Blev kalasgod!
